Welcome to Richmond Women's Business Consortium
RWBC represents a working alliance between local women's organizations that explicitly encourage and cultivate women's success in business and/or the community.
Membership is open to non-profit organizations with at least 85% of its members being business or professional women. Each member organization must independantly endeavor to support women and encourage their success in business or in the community.
Additionally, RWBC proudly hosts SmartConnect events. These are regularly scheduled networking events designed to give our individual members another venue to expand their professional success.
